Get your blender, food processor, juicers ready because here come the greens! This week we are seeing many greens that are high in green energy. Bok Choy and Tat Soi have been around for a few weeks but we are newly introducing Kohlrabi (German Turnip) and Gailan (Chinese broccoli/ Kale). We are also pulling huge Daikon radishes from the fields as well. So what does one do with all these amazing wonderful vegetables?
All of these awesome veggies are great together in a stir fry or soup. The Tat Soi and Gailan are great in salads and can be paired with thin slices of Daikon or Kohlrabi marinated in lemon.
